In the first debrief
What your client sees in the first debrief.
Each assessment gives your client something new to look at and gives you good questions to ask. Each person completes an assessment in 4 to 12 minutes. With You at Your Best, the people around your client answer too, and with Cultural Compass the whole team does. One Assessment Credit starts one assessment for one client or one team, including everyone who answers. Your debrief starts once the report is ready, and this is what it can look like.
You at Your Best
Your client sees
Their own view of their strengths next to the view of 10 to 12 people around them, and where the two differ.
You ask
Where could you use this strength more often?
What would change if you saw it the way others do?
ACE Preferences
Your client sees
Which phase of success they favor, Address, Create or Execute, in a clear language for how they work and learn.
You ask
Where does this preference help you most?
Which phase would you like to give more room?
Cultural Compass
The team sees
What matters to the team, how well that is met today and the gap that becomes its Cultural Agenda.
You ask
Which gap is most worth closing first?
What would the team do differently once it is closed?
Every debrief ends with one strength to build on, one challenge and one dated step. That step is your next coaching conversation.
The course trains you for exactly this moment: practice cases, a practice debrief in which Ati AAP, our AI, plays your client, and the AAP Handbook as your guide for the debrief.
How the course runs, from registration to your first client.
You work at your own pace and start whenever you like. Plan about 1 hour 30 minutes for Foundations and at least 3 hours per assessment course, plus practice with your own clients. That makes at least 4 hours 30 minutes for your first assessment and at least 3 hours for each further one.
1
Register and choose your assessments
Pick the assessments you want to be certified in and pay by card or with an access code. You sign in to My Autoris with your course account and can order your Assessment Credits right away, to practice on real reports.
2
Work through AAP Foundations
Ten modules take you from the idea behind assessments to your practice: why clarity comes first, your role, the ACE it! refresher, client data and the practitioner portal, types of assessments, the Autoris approach, professional standards, legal basics, and working with organizations and across cultures. Module 10 leads to the Foundations test. Each session is clear text with images and short checks, and Ati AAP answers your questions.
About 1 hour 30 minutes, 10 modules and 25 sessions
3
Pass the Foundations test
20 multiple-choice questions, 16 correct. Passing it once counts for every assessment.
4
Work through your assessment course
Each assessment has its own course, with four modules and its own test: You at Your Best, ACE Preferences and Cultural Compass, with Making Others Great following soon. You take the courses of the assessments you chose.
Learn: what the assessment is for, how to read the report, how to hold the debrief and where the results end.
Practice (recommended): numerous practice cases, result cases and a practice debrief in which Ati AAP plays your client.
Use your Assessment Credits: with You at Your Best and ACE Preferences, first for yourself, then with a test client. With Cultural Compass, with a small test team.
After the test: your further Assessment Credits are ready for your first clients.
At least 3 hours per assessment course, plus practice with clients
5
Pass the assessment test
Ten multiple-choice questions, eight correct. After three unsuccessful attempts, the next attempt opens after seven days.
6
Receive your certificate
With the Foundations test and one assessment test passed, you are an Autoris Assessment Practitioner. Your certificate names exactly the assessments you passed and arrives by email and in My Autoris. It is valid for two years and can be renewed.
7
Work with your own clients
Your further Assessment Credits are ready for your first clients. You send the assessment, your client completes it and you hold the debrief. For further clients you buy Assessment Credits in My Autoris 30% below the regular price and set your own fee.
8
Add more certifications any time
Each further certification costs the same, brings its own Assessment Credits (four, or two with Cultural Compass) and ends with its own test. You can work through the Foundations again or skip them.
Six reasons
Why become an Autoris Assessment Practitioner
Autoris assessments are built for practitioners: a credential that sets you apart, fast new insights for your clients, and a clear next step in every conversation.
1
Be the coach who stands out
With Autoris you can look at one person and their team through three lenses: what they do best (You at Your Best), how they prefer to work (ACE Preferences) and what matters to their team (Cultural Compass). Start with the one that fits your practice and add the others when your clients ask. Each certification gives you a credential your clients can see, from an institute that has certified nearly 1,000 people.
2
Give your clients immediate value
Each person completes an assessment in 4 to 12 minutes, and the reports are written in plain language. In your first debrief, once the report is ready, your client sees themselves or their team from a new angle and leaves with a dated next step. You leave with clear topics for your next coaching conversations.
3
Built for progress
The reports show how people could develop and where to. Every debrief ends with one strength to build on, one challenge and one dated step.
4
A perspective your clients have not seen
ACE Preferences shows which phase of success a person favors: Address, Create or Execute. That opens conversations that personality types do not.
5
360-degree feedback, and a second 360 soon
You at Your Best puts the view of 10 to 12 people next to the self-view. The gap between the two is where the useful conversation starts. A second 360-degree assessment follows soon.
6
USD 180, at least 4 hours 30 minutes, up to four assessments included
You are certified after your first course and can start with your own clients. Further assessments cost you 30% below the regular price, and you set your own fee.
Three assessments, three certifications
The assessments you can be certified in
Each assessment has its own course, its own test and its own certification. Pick one, two or all three, and become certified in exactly the assessments you want to work with.
You at Your Best
People see their strengths differently than others do.
Your client sees their own view next to the view of 10 to 12 people around them, and leaves with a plan with a date.

What your clients gain
What people gain from the assessments.
People who complete an Autoris assessment know more about themselves and their team, and they know what to do next. These are the insights and benefits you bring to your clients.
01
Strengths with numbers behind them
People name what they do well, see it in their results and learn where to use it more.
02
Feedback that is easy to hear
The view of 10 to 12 people arrives as one clear picture. It is easier to take in and to act on than a single comment.
03
Blind spots become visible
The gap between how people see themselves and how others see them shows what they undervalue or overestimate.
04
A shared language
Teams use the same words for strengths, preferences and what matters to them, so conversations get shorter and clearer.
05
Better collaboration
People understand why colleagues approach work differently and adapt how they work together.
06
Leadership that fits the people
Leaders see how their team learns and works and adjust how they lead, delegate and give feedback.
07
Priorities a team agrees on
A team sees what matters most to it, how well that is met today and what to work on first.
08
A plan with a date
Every debrief ends with one strength to build on, one challenge and one dated step.
09
Progress they can see
Repeating the assessment after several months shows what has moved and what to focus on next.
Who these courses are for
For coaches, learning and HR professionals, and leaders who run this with their people or clients.
As an Autoris Assessment Practitioner (AAP), you can order assessments, for example for your clients, employees, or other people in your circle. Afterward, you walk them through their reports and help them turn the results into next steps. You receive the assessments at the Practitioner preferred price and can charge your clients your own price for them. In addition, you are of course free to bill for your debrief sessions and your follow-up coaching.
Who takes the course
Coaches
Send the assessment, walk your client through the report and ask what they recognize and what surprises them. Close with one strength, one challenge and one dated step, and bring it back to your next session.
Learning and development
Bring strengths, team motivation and work preferences into your programs and show results in which participants recognize themselves.
HR
Give your people a shared language for strengths, motivation and collaboration, and guide them through it yourself.
Leaders
Use the assessments with your own team and lead the conversation that follows.
Who you work with
Leaders and executives
Leaders who want to see their strengths, how others see them and how their team works together.
Professionals and experts
Colleagues in any role who want to name what they do best and plan how to use it.
Coaching clients
People in one-to-one coaching who want a clear language for what they do well and how they learn and work.
Teams, pairs and their leaders
Colleagues whose different ways of working need a shared language, and teams that want to see what matters to them and where to start.
Organizations in change
Units that grow, merge or reset and need shared facts about their culture.
Programs and talent processes
Workshops, leadership programs and talent processes that need a result participants recognize.
Access
Open to anyone who has held coaching or development conversations with people; no certification is needed. When you register, you confirm two things: that you know the ACE it! method and the Autoris tools (or that you work through Module 3 of AAP Foundations), and that you have already held coaching or development conversations with people.
Just starting out? The self-paced course Making Others Great Fellow is a good way into the Autoris method.

Each has four modules, its own test and numerous practice cases in different constellations, so you learn to recognize and interpret the widest range of results. When you pass the test you are certified in that assessment. The sessions cover what the assessment is for, how to start it and what to expect (how to order and invite, what your client does, timing), the report element by element, the debrief and typical questions.

Coming soon
The next assessment is coming very soon.
Plan about 1 hour 30 minutes for AAP Foundations and at least 3 hours for each assessment course, plus practice with your own clients: at least 4 hours 30 minutes for your first assessment and at least 3 hours for each further one. You can finish in a week or spread it over a month.
3. Learn to read patterns, not just numbers
A result case is a recurring pattern in a report: a leader who rates their listening low while everyone around them rates it high, a team where everything matters and little is met, a profile with two phases almost level. The same picture can mean different things for different clients. So the pattern opens the conversation, and your client finishes it.
The three courses together have 20 result cases (7 for You at Your Best, 6 for ACE Preferences and 7 for Cultural Compass), and you practice the cases of the assessments you chose. Each is a report page with realistic example data, in the layout your client sees. They follow directly after the practice cases of each assessment.
1
See the page as your client sees it
Each case starts with a report page and its numbers, in the same view as in a real debrief.
2
Say what you notice
Write down what you notice and what you would ask, in your own words.
3
Ati responds
Ati confirms what you read well, adds one or two angles you may have missed, and points you back to your client instead of a verdict from the chart.
4
Take the questions to your client
From each case you leave with questions you can use in your next debrief.
The result cases are recommended, and your course progress does not depend on them. The AAP Handbook covers these patterns as well.
The AAP Handbook Making People Succeed With Autoris Assessments
Your reference for every assessment: how to read the report, how to hold the debrief and what the results can say. You receive one handbook for each course you buy. It is part of that assessment's course. Read it online, look things up in a moment during a client conversation, or download it to keep next to your sessions.
Ati is Autoris's own AI: a learning partner and virtual coach that works with you in Autoris programs. Ati AAP is the Ati programmed for Autoris Assessment Practitioners, which is why it is called Ati AAP. It knows the assessments, the reports and the course, and it is your central contact for everything you do as a practitioner. Ask Ati AAP whenever a question comes up: in the course, before a debrief, while you prepare an offer and long after your certification.
Help, the assistant on every page of the website, answers general questions about Autoris. Ati AAP answers yours as a practitioner. If Ati AAP cannot take you further, it creates a ticket for the Autoris Assessment Team, and the team takes over from there.
AAP
Answers your questions about assessments, clients and your practice
Ask about a session, a report page, a term, your clients or your practice, and get a clear answer when you need it.
Practices with you
Whenever you like, Ati AAP plays your client in a practice debrief and shows you what worked, so you arrive at your first client well prepared.
Responds to your reading
In the result cases you tell Ati what you notice. Ati confirms what you read well, adds an angle or two and points you back to your client.
Prepares you for the tests
Ati AAP answers your questions about the material. The Foundations test has 20 multiple-choice questions (16 correct), and each assessment test has 10 multiple-choice questions (8 correct). You receive your certificate once you have passed the Foundations test and one assessment test.
Stays with you afterwards
After your certification Ati AAP remains your contact for debriefs, new assessments and everything that comes up with your clients.
Hands over when needed
When a question needs a person, Ati AAP opens a ticket for the Autoris Assessment Team, so nothing gets lost.

Questions
Good to know.
What is the Autoris Assessment Practitioner (AAP)?
The Autoris Assessment Practitioner (AAP) is a certification for coaches, learning and HR professionals and leaders who work with Autoris assessments. You complete a self-paced course and pass a test for each assessment you choose. Then you are certified to run those assessments with your clients: you send them, walk your client through the report and hold the debrief that leads to a plan with a date. Today you can be certified in You at Your Best, ACE Preferences and Cultural Compass.
Why should I take the Autoris Assessment Practitioner Course?
The course prepares you to use Autoris assessments with confidence and to build a practice on them. You learn to read every report and lead the debrief, you train on numerous practice cases with different constellations and practice with Ati AAP, and you receive a certificate that names your assessments. Each certification includes assessments for yourself and your first clients (four with You at Your Best and ACE Preferences, two with Cultural Compass), worth USD 240 to USD 480 (EUR 216 to EUR 428) at Autoris's recommended prices, plus your debrief fees or retainers. For further clients you buy Assessment Credits 30% below the regular price and set your own fee for the conversation.
What are Assessment Credits?
Assessment Credits are what you use to start an assessment: one Assessment Credit starts one assessment for one client or team. With You at Your Best and ACE Preferences you receive four Assessment Credits each: one for yourself and three for your clients, starting with a test client. With Cultural Compass you receive two: one for a small test team and one for your first client. They are part of your course price, so you do not pay for them again, and they belong to you. At the recommended prices, the credits are worth USD 480 (EUR 428) for You at Your Best, USD 240 (EUR 216) for ACE Preferences and USD 360 (EUR 320) for Cultural Compass. These prices are Autoris's non-binding recommendations.
You can use your first credits in My Autoris right from the start, so you practice on real reports. With You at Your Best and ACE Preferences, use the first on yourself and the second with a test client. Cultural Compass is a team assessment, so run it first with a small test team. The remaining credits are for your first clients, ready once you have passed the test: you start the assessment, your client completes it and you receive the report for the debrief.
You do not use them up in one go. You start each assessment when you need it. When you need more, you buy further Assessment Credits at any time as a practitioner, 30% below the regular price. Each assessment you add to your certification brings its own Assessment Credits (four, or two with Cultural Compass).
Who do I ask when I have a question?
Ati AAP is your central contact, in the course and after your certification. It answers your questions about the assessments, your clients and your practice. If Ati AAP cannot take you further, it creates a ticket for the Autoris Assessment Team, and the team takes over. Help, the assistant on every page of the website, answers general questions about Autoris.
Who can take part?
For coaches, learning and HR professionals, and leaders who lead development conversations. When you register, you confirm that you know the ACE it! method and the Autoris tools (or that you work through Module 3 of AAP Foundations) and that you have already held coaching or development conversations with people.
Which assessments can I be certified in?
Today you can be certified in You at Your Best, ACE Preferences and Cultural Compass. Each certification has its own course and test, and you are certified in exactly the assessments you pass. If you want to work with two assessments, you take both.
What does the course cost?
Each certification costs USD 180 (EUR 160), and all three certifications together cost USD 470 (EUR 420) instead of USD 540 (EUR 480). You see your final price at registration. Your first assessment course opens AAP Foundations automatically. The price covers the course with the Foundations, the practice cases, the result cases, the AAP Handbook, assessments with each certification (four, or two with Cultural Compass, worth USD 240 to USD 480 (EUR 216 to EUR 428) at the recommended prices), practice debriefs with Ati AAP, the tests and your certificate. The Making Others Great Master Program includes all three certifications.
Can I add more assessments later?
Yes. You can add further certifications at any time, each for the same price. Every certification brings its own Assessment Credits (four, or two with Cultural Compass) and its own test, and your certificate then names that assessment as well. You already know the Foundations by then: you can work through them again or skip them.
What do the assessments cost for my clients?
The recommended prices are the prices at which Autoris sells the assessments to its own clients, and they are non-binding: You at Your Best USD 120 (EUR 107), ACE Preferences USD 60 (EUR 54) and Cultural Compass USD 180 (EUR 160) (once for a whole team). The ACE Preferences price includes all four reports: Base report, Coach report, Leader report and Learn report. As a practitioner you currently buy at 30% off and set your own fee for the debrief. These prices are for Europe and the USA, and prices for assessments and services differ by world region.
When does the Making Others Great assessment arrive?
Very soon. It joins as a further certification next to the three you can choose now.
How long does it take?
Plan about 1 hour 30 minutes for the Foundations and at least 3 hours for each assessment course, including the practice cases, the result cases and a practice debrief with Ati AAP. Practice with your own clients comes on top. That makes at least 4 hours 30 minutes for your first assessment and at least 3 hours for each further one. Spread it however suits you. Certification requires passing the Foundations test and the test of your assessment course.
How is the test built?
The Foundations test has 20 multiple-choice questions, and you need 16 correct (80 percent). The test of each assessment course has 10 multiple-choice questions, and you need 8 correct. After three unsuccessful attempts at a test, the next attempt opens after seven days. You receive your certificate once you have passed the Foundations test and at least one assessment test. Passing the Foundations test once is enough for all assessments.
In which languages are the course and the assessments available?
The course, the handbook and the cases are available in English and German. The assessments themselves are available in English, German, French and Spanish, with Portuguese (Brazil), Arabic and Swahili to follow.
What are practice cases and result cases?
Each assessment course comes with numerous practice cases in different constellations. They train you to recognize and interpret the widest range of results. Result cases are recurring patterns in assessment results. Across the three courses there are 20 of them (seven for You at Your Best, six for ACE Preferences, seven for Cultural Compass). You tell Ati what you notice and take the questions to your client, and you practice the cases of the assessments you chose.
Can I keep the handbook?
Yes. Each assessment course comes with its own handbook: you receive the handbook of every assessment you have bought. You read it online and download it as a PDF or a text file. It opens in My Autoris once you have bought the course and are signed in with your course account.
What do I receive at the end?
After you pass the Foundations test and your first assessment test, you receive your certificate, which names you as an Autoris Assessment Practitioner and lists the assessments you are certified for.
