Research Foundations
Research on motivation, culture, strengths, coaching and feedback has gained considerable weight over the past decades. This list gathers some of the key works behind the Autoris assessments, in alphabetical order. Autoris develops its assessments in house, and these works inform what we ask and how the reports help you act on it.
The list is a selection, not a complete bibliography. The labels show which assessments draw on each work.
