Part 3

Working with your results

Your strengths are the shortest path to learning.

The more consciously and often we use our strengths, the better we learn and the more successful we are. Strengths grow through practice, experience and feedback. Knowing them and using them on purpose builds confidence and starts a positive spiral.

Choose a strength or a learning field and apply the ACE process. The two worksheets that follow help you do it.

A
Address

Turn the statement into a question: “How can I give clearer feedback?” Find a learning partner.

C
Create

Collect ideas, 90 seconds on your own, then together. Keep two or three that are easy to test and have high impact.

E
Execute

Put the solutions into practice every day, ask for feedback and adjust. Then move on to the next statement.

Let’s ACE it!

Where will you start?
