Meet Verena
Executive Coach and Facilitator, Head of Academy
Verena has served as an executive coach, mentor, and facilitator for over 10 years in various learning, talent development, and training programs. She works globally, inspiring individuals and teams to reach their full potential both personally and professionally in areas such as communication, motivation, and problem-solving using Design Thinking.
Since 2016 she has been working at the Autoris (Munich/Boston) founded by Prof. Matthias Ehrhardt. She’s been instrumental in creating and teaching the ACE it! Framework for leadership, coaching, and talent development.
Today, she co-runs “The ACE it! Master Certification Program“, catering to leaders, managers, executives, and HR professionals from international corporates, start-ups, family businesses, institutions, business schools, and NGOs such as SAP, Roland Berger, Bechtle, Daiichi Sankyo, 2hearts, and IESE Business School.
She has run company workshops and programs for Blinkist, Watson Farley Williams, Pia Pontis Institutional Advisors, ecosio, Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI), Save the Children, Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung (DSW), and more.
