At Autoris, we are passionate about bringing world-class leadership development tools and programs—often reserved for executives at leading institutions—to leaders and entrepreneurs from underserved communities. That's why we started the Leadership Alliance. Our goal is to empower people who wouldn’t otherwise have access to these resources, giving them the world's best tools, insights, frameworks to foster skills, knowledge, and confidence to grow their businesses, uplift their communities, and create lasting change.

One of our current projects focuses on supporting 5,000 women entrepreneurs in Kenya with a blend of leadership assessments, train-the-trainer programs, and coaching through Ati, our virtual AI coach. These programs provide participants with practical tools, frameworks, and support, helping them develop leadership skills, overcome challenges, and unlock new opportunities.

We are honored to collaborate with renowned institutions such as ICEP, ISBI, and Strathmore Business School to deliver these programs. Through these partnerships, participants gain access to the same tools used by the world’s leading organizations—tailored to meet the needs of their businesses and communities.
