The Cultural Compass
The Cultural Compass is a powerful tool for leaders and HR professionals to understand and their team and organizational culture.
Based on leading cultural and motivation theories, it provides actionable insights to enhance team and organizational culture and align team values with organizational goals.
The Cultural Compass consists of two sub-measurements:
1. Desired Culture:
This section provides a clear overview of what motivates your team members. It assesses the importance that each individual places on key motivators such as recognition, work-life balance, and clear goals.
2. Current Culture:
This section evaluates your team's current satisfaction levels with each identified motivator.
Comparing the importance of each motivator with the team's satisfaction shows any gaps that may exist. These gaps indicate areas where improvements can be made. We call this the Cultural Agenda.
