Program Sessions
Session 1
ACE it! Learning Foundations
In Session 1, you'll be introduced to the ACE it! Method and the ACE Process for structured problem-solving and learning. We'll also explore the concept of learning and use the Learning Curve tool to understand the stages of effective learning.
Session 2
Strength Optimization
In Session 2, we’ll dive into Strength-Based Learning, focusing on how to leverage your unique strengths. You’ll complete the You at Your Best assessment and use the Best Work Tool to identify and increase your most impactful work.
Session 3
Engaged Conversations
In Session 3, you'll master The Art of Listening and learn how to design and structure effective 1:1 conversations or "Talent Talks." We’ll also introduce the Wheel of Motivation tool to help unlock what drives others.
Session 4
Targeted Communication and Clarity
In Session 4, you’ll explore Learning and Communication Preferences using the MBTI framework, while honing The Art of Questioning to facilitate deeper conversations. You’ll also apply the Current State-Desired State tool for goal-setting and problem-solving.
Session 5
Cultivating Feedback and Adaptability
In Session 5, you'll focus on building a strong Feedback Culture and refining your Talent Talks for more effective leadership conversations. We’ll also address navigating "Out of Preference" situations, helping you manage differences in communication styles and strengths.
Session 6
Visualization for Effective Prioritization
In Session 6, you'll explore The Power of Visualization to enhance clarity and decision-making. We’ll focus on prioritization techniques and use the TO DO tool to efficiently manage tasks and goals.
Session 7
Executing for Success
In Session 7, we’ll focus on The Power of Execution, using the Arrow of Success tool to drive results. We'll also review key insights and tools from the program, ensuring you're ready to apply everything moving forward.
Session 8
Certification and Celebration
In Session 8, you'll complete the test and Final Presentations to demonstrate your mastery, followed by your official Certification. We’ll conclude with an Online Celebration to mark your achievement.

Program Format and Special Option
This Online Certification Program runs over four months, with two sessions per month (2.5 hours each), totaling eight sessions.
- You will receive the dates and Zoom links before the program begins.
- Each session includes a mix of short lectures, discussions, exercises, role plays, and break-out team activities.
- Between sessions, you will work in small learning teams to apply the insights and tools, with a dedicated 1-hour practice time.
- You will also have access to our online study guide, which includes all the materials and tools covered throughout the program.
