How we built Ati.
Ati is our own development. We taught it the methods we have used with leaders since 1999: our signature assessments, the ACE it! Method and the full text of our book Talent Talks. In coach mode, it follows professional coaching standards.
The name comes from the newsroom. Autoris started as a press office, and Ati was our journalistic shorthand. Today it is what we call our AI.
Ati runs on Claude by Anthropic, through Anthropic's commercial interface. Your entries are used to answer you and stay out of any model training.
Your conversations stay in your own browser. Your name and email address stay with us. We recommend uploading reports in their pseudonymized version.
Ati supports the work of our facilitators. The decisive conversations still happen in the live sessions, with people.
