Sharing what we know with people who rarely have access to it — and learning as much as we bring.
At Autoris, we are fortunate to be in ongoing exchange with leading experts and institutions in leadership, coaching, and talent development — including top business schools such as Harvard, Columbia, and IESE.
What we care most deeply about is carrying that same level of excellence to places and people who rarely have access to it — underserved communities, often far from any business school.
That is why we started the Leadership Alliance. We bring tools, insights, and ways of thinking to people who would otherwise have little access to them, and they put those to work in their businesses and their communities.
What we learn there travels with us. Ideas about leading with very little, building trust quickly, and deciding under real pressure find their way straight back into our programs everywhere else.
One of our current projects supports entrepreneurs in Kenya — most of them women — with a blend of leadership assessments, train-the-trainer programs, and coaching through Ati, our virtual AI coach.
These programs provide participants with practical tools, frameworks, and support, helping them develop leadership skills, overcome challenges, and unlock new opportunities. Through our partnerships, participants work with the same assessments and frameworks we use in our other programs, adapted together with them to fit their businesses and communities.
At the Leadership Alliance, learning goes both ways. Time and again, we are humbled by the resilience, creativity, and wisdom of the people we support — and we come away having learned just as much, if not much more, from them as they do from us.
The Kenya project runs together with these institutions.
We're always looking for partner organizations, funders, and facilitators who want to help widen access.
